    For health of residents/occupants and our environment, we use non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products for general purpose cleaning, carpets, restrooms, glass,  and stainless steel.  We also use eco-friendly furniture polish and metal cleaners (for stainless steel and bright work).

     

  2. Equipment 

    Our vacuum cleaners have HEPA filters and  easily removable parts for easy cleaning and maintenance, reducing interior air pollution and  cross-contamination of old dirt.

    Most of our surface cleaning is done using micro-fiber cleaning cloths and flat mops to collect dust and dirt.

    Micro-fiber technology collects and holds dust, dirt and allergens better than traditional cleaning methods and has been shown to reduce bacteria levels as much as 99%. These materials also help sustain the environment as they can be reused to minimize waste.
