The most effective means to ensure quality cleaning is through training and visual inspections performed on an orderly and on-going basis.  On a day-to-day basis we ensure the quality and effective productivity of our maintenance personnel. (See Quality Control Checklist)  They receive the proper tools and equipment and their tasks are organized to ensure consistency. No employee leaves the facility until the manager has made his rounds and evaluated the quality of performance.

Our management remains in close contact with the property manager and provides suggestions and recommendations on areas that may need cleaning or additional attention.
